Olga Johnson began volunteering with RCIA at St. Alphonsus when she became a parishioner in 1998. A few years later, she worked part-time as the Director of Religious Education Assistant until taking the full-time DRE position. In January 2018, Olga celebrated 10 years working as the Director of Religious Education at St. Alphonsus. Over the years she has worked with religious education from grades K through 11, sacramental preparation, RCIA, bible studies and adult formation, as well as taught MAT certification classes.
In 1995, Olga graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Springhill College. That same year she married her husband, Alan Johnson. They have four children and four grandchildren. Olga also graduated from Loyola University with her Master's degree in Religious Education in 2010.
